I am a mom of 3 children and wanted implants long before I had them. I was looking for some upper pole fullness and increased breast size in general. Dr. P was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable during the consultation. We picked out the implant size and type and scheduled surgery for about a month later. Surgery went great! I had a few issues (my fault) from picking up my children too soon, and he was able to help me (many times, sorry Dr.) I am about 2 1/2 years post op now. I have 475cc hp silicone implants and am going to have a revision to swap to 650cc xhp silicone implants.

What issues did you end up having if you don't mind me asking?
Sorry for the late response! I tore my entire incision open from lifting too soon I think. He removed the implant & put in a new one about a month later with no issues.
What is your band and cup size?
I'm not positive because I pretty much live in sports bras, but I'm a 32 DD/DDD depending on where I shop.
Did the doc give an estimate about what the 650cc will increase them to? I'm looking around for a doc and right now I'm 34D/34DD. I'd like to increase about 34H or 34I
