HELP! Nipples pointing downward after implant removal and ariola revision!!

My last and final surgery and I am again depressed.. I'm 5 weeks post surgery and I was so happy with my results.. I did a entire nipple revision and at first it was fine. Now the nottome part of my nipples (incision) is hard and my nipples are pointing downwards!!

Will this get better?? Should I start massaging? Has anyone experienced this? I need to go see my PS.. Please help those of you that have experienced this...

I think they look great. Youre still healing so I would give it six months. After that if you are still unhappy I would ask for a nipple revision. Maybe making them smaller would help. Your boobs look great though.

Awwww...Don't worry... Your pictures look great and you are still healing. Is it happening on both sides? If I really look hard I can maybe see it pointing a little downward (ever so slightly though) on your right side but you also still look a little swollen on top and maybe the swelling on the top is making it seem like your nipple is facing down? But I have to really study it to see anything. I think you look great. I think once the scars fade... Even if it stayed the way it is... You won't even notice it and you will be very happy.

3 weeks post breast implant removal.

3 weeks have gone by and I'm still happy to live without silicone implants! My rash is going away but now my incision area has some discoloration. the dr says its pigmentation and gave me hydro quinine 4%!!! Is that even normal? Has anyone had this before?

yea it used to be in a lot of skin care products that were sold over the counter (such as AMBI) to lighten skin. You can still buy it but it has a much lower precentage of hydroquinine. Its also used in salons to bleach the anus lol... its safe

Geez Louise you look beautiful! I hope the rash is healing by now, I can't imagine!! Okay, I just can't resist asking...are your nipples real, I thought you had mentioned something about nipple reconstruction but what exactly does that entail??

10 days post surgery with BAD allergic reaction to tape!!!

My dr insisted on taking the sutures out in few more days. I broke out into a crazy allergic reaction!!!! The tape around my nipples have been making me itch and burn! Been on Benadryl and cortisone for few days. I hope this goes away? Will it????

I've had the same allergy to surgical tape with my csection, and had bad reaction that looked like that too, it was one of my first questions to my PS, if she used it because I definately didn't want to suffer thru it again, and she doesn't, I'm so sorry you have to deal with that, but you breasts look amazing!! I hope you are finally free of all the complications you've been through! Congratulations!
