I got my breast implants after having 2 boys. I nursed both for 2+ yrs so my breast really needed some work. i found Dr. Smaili online, did my research on him and I made an appointment for my consult. Although very quiet, he is very professional and a m aster at this art. He showed me before and afters of his work and gave me suggestions on size that are proportionate to my frame. I went in to get my surgery a few months after my consult. The result was amazing. My breast do not look fake one bit. I dont even have a scar where he went in to put the implant in. He is that awesome!!! I will be returning to him to get a TT. I've heard he does amazing at that too.
