Awful Please Don’t Go Here! Worst Communication After the Surgery!

Unfortunately, I was profoundly disappointed with my surgical experience and would not recommend it. I underwent a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), during which fat was extracted from my abdomen, back, flanks, and arms. Prior to the surgery, I was advised to gain some weight, as I had been consistently a size 8/10. Initially, I was filled with joy and relief that the surgery was finally behind me. However, my satisfaction quickly diminished due to several unsettling incidents. The behavior of many nurses was discourteous; they would abruptly switch on the lights at night for checks without any prior warning, didn’t listen when I said I was feeling really light headed and faint and couldn’t walk. Consequently, I had became anemic and had to undergo the transfusion of 2 to 3 bags of blood but this wasn’t found out until the day I was meant to be discharged which meant I stayed extra two nights, which left me deeply frightened. Moreover, they inserted a cannula while I was fast asleep, causing me to awaken in agony from the needle's pain.

Upon returning to the UK, I hoped that my ordeal would conclude, only to discover an unexpected lumpy stomach and not all the fat had been taken (please refer to the attached photos). Additionally, my arms appeared larger than they were before the surgery. I promptly informed the designated communications representative about these concerns. Initially, she assured me that it was merely swelling and urged me to keep her informed. However, after waiting another month and providing her with further evidence through additional photos, which I have attached showing the lumps and the fat are still there the responses became increasingly curt and eventually ceased altogether. When I mustered the courage to inquire about a revision or even a partial refund, my requests were summarily dismissed, and I was simply told that I had gained weight—despite diligently adhering to an exercise routine and healthy eating habits.

I feel compelled to warn others that seeking surgical procedures within the United Kingdom offers greater protection and recourse for potential issues, as I now seeking correction surgery in the UK.
