Not much improvement in my bum nor much fat removed from my abdomen

Had BBL a year ago at Harley Street Skin Clinic with Dr Aamer Khan. Basically was an absolute waist of my money I spent £5600 and it barely looks any different. I don’t see much improvement in my bum at all nor there is much fat removed from my abdomen. Would not recommend this doctor, as you would just waist your money and wouldn’t be impressed with your results. What we discussed and what was the expectations is two different things... and I’m not talking about something unrealistic, because I do understand that certain amount of fat dies during fat transfer, but the amount he should have used instead of what he actually used it’s just ridiculous. Hence the results :(
