Stomach is flat and waist is snatched, but my butt shrank a lot

I had a virtual consult with Dr.Del Vecchio. During our virtual consult he was very nice and I felt confident to proceed with surgery. I booked my surgery 3 months in advance. The day of my surgery, I had to go in alone because of Covid. I asked Dr.D if he could speak to my parents over FaceTime before my procedure. My parents were extremely nervous and they just wanted to meet Dr.D so that they could have some peace of mind. Dr.D seemed very irritated at the request and he was extremely rude to my parents over the phone. He was rolling his eyes and sighing at every question they asked him and at one point during their conversation he looked at me and said "this isn't what I agreed to". Throughout the whole process He was just very cold and rude which made me feel completely vulnerable, nervous and scared. Once I had my surgery, someone was suppose to call me 24-48 hours post op to check on me. I am 2 weeks post op and I still haven't received a call. I had a bunch of post op questions but I didn't feel comfortable reaching out to Dr. d because of how rude he was. I eventually did send him a very sweet message thanking him for the surgery and asking him some questions. He only answered one of my questions and ignored all others.
Also, his office forgot to charge me. I had to email them and tell them that there had been a mistake and that I had never been charged for the procedure. In terms of my results, I am only 2 weeks post op and I am happy with the lipo results. My stomach is flat and my waist is snatched. My butt shrank a lot which I am quite disappointed about but it isn't Dr.D's fault. Fat is unfortunately very unpredictable.
