I am very disappointed with my BBL results

I am somewhat thin and was not expecting a lot of projection with my BBL, but I was also not expecting the excess dimpling, liposuction dents on my legs, and depressed areas on my buttocks. I was informed at a post op appointment that for an additional 6,000 dollars and more liposuction, I could have a revision. I really do not want any more liposuction, it has left my skin saggy and dimpled. Although the office was prompt to make me preoperative appointments they have not responded to my requests to speak with the doctor about alternative solutions to my disappointments. They don't seem to care about making me happy with my procedure, only on collecting more money. I am very disappointed, this physician was recommended by another doctor to me, however, I would not recommend him to anyone. I honestly do not know if he is willing to make me satisfied with all the money I spent because I can not get into see him to discuss alternatives. Had I read reviews before my surgery I think I would have gone with another doctor.
