Brazilian butt lift results were uneven, 1 side is bigger than other

I had a bad experience, i went in 2020 and got a bbl, my results were uneven as one side is bigger than the other. I wore my faja for 6 months and i got massages but my results were only good in the beginning. I got underchin lipo as well and this is uneven too, one side had more fat removed than the ither.
