What in the Faja Life is this! ????
WORTH IT$4,500
Man..! After being home for a week and a few days now I’ve been trying to get in a Faja routine everyday and it’s been a Struggle (Literally) so I have 2 Faja’s that I wear now.. the one I wear during the day is my stage 2 Faja because it’s so tight but at night after I give my self a mini ultrasonic massage (helps with bringing my tissues back together again from the lipo) then I put on my first Faja I ever got along with my (all in one Foam & Board) And I sleep with that on. It’s a lot more comfortable to wear at night because it’s not so tight on my skin (Softer material). It’s been alittle tough at first because I’m doin it with no help but I do manage getting it on it just takes awhile. Then in the morning I’ll wash both with warm water and the they air dry. So usually I stay out of my Faja for about “2 hours max” I do my errands and get cleaned then it’s back on. I really didn’t anticipate being in this for longer than a month but now it looks like I have to ???? I know that time is gonna go but right now it feels like forever. But other than that I had a little paranoia last week because I was catching up on my show “the real housewives of Atlanta” and Nene was Saying that Greg had to go back to the hospital because of a Blood Clot and the reason freaked me out because she said he was limping because he was having pain from the bottom of his foot and that’s what I was feeling but not only that I also felt like my vein on my left hand was hardening so Anxiety started to set in and I had to take myself to emergency. Long story short they checked me out and they didn’t see a concern so I went home and I was fine… But you never know about certain complications so I’d rather be safe than sorry.

Headed Home
Yes! (Day 15 post) I’ve made it through the toughest part of recovery and now I am going to do the remainder at home and I can’t wait… I miss my family and my daughter but I am so glad I did this for myself. I had my last massage today which went very good got to take some nice pictures and I am liking the results so far that my doctor was able to give me. There were Somethings that I thought I needed and somethings that I didn’t think I needed But do... one in which is the Boppy pillow (A real Thick cushion One)is so crucial it helps keep you off your butt and helps you sleep on ur back. Mind you (I had my Breast done too) and the other thing is your stage 2 Faja. That thing is a hassle to get on because it’s so tight but it really does shape your body and helps make sure you retain the look your doctor gave you (Compression) using the lumbar and pads are also helpful to keep you compressed and straight. I was so frustrated in the beginning because I thought my hips were lopsided but I just needed my stage 2 Faja to really mold me along with the massages is what made my results better and it’s getting better every day along with eating and drinking water is a must!!!

Let me turn my caps lock on to say this: GIRL YOU LOOK GOOOOOOOOODDDDDDDD!!!!
Thanks! I really appreciate it!!!
Who did you go to? I need to find a doc willing to do breast lift and implants along w/ lipo
I Went with Dr. Marcos Soto he is in the Dominican republic
Hey I chose Dr Marcos Soto as my surgeon. How is he? Bedside manner? His staff etc? What can I expect? Which rh did you go with
You look fantastic by the way!
Honestly, I like most of my results. However.. His communication with me could have been a lot better however he does come and check on you after the surgery and his staff is pretty good. His office is small and he works on a lot of clients so sometimes you have to wait in the waiting area until they call you but overall it was a smooth process. The recovery house I chose was new and quite but it’s called “dr_betterself_rh
Ok thanks for the info!
Did you get lats or hips?

I am Alive
I’m being so brutally honest with this post. So many things were going Wrong for this planned trip that I was second-guessing everything… I honestly felt like I was subconsciously getting Subliminals... like this isn’t going to come out in your favor… But I still went through with my decision. The whole time I was basically trying to stay positive… Talking to women that were there to get theirs done too and some that had already gotten theirs done and that kindof helped a little bit… But when it was time for me to actually take the blue pill I knew the time was soon and I just committed to it and the anesthesiologist took me to a room to talk to me and give me a shot and all I could remember was looking up at the lights and then I was out… Crazy thing is I woke up during surgery and I was trying to mumble something but I fell back asleep and I was in my recovery bed after that. Now it’s time to recover and that’s a whole Nother beast… The first 12 hours I had a 12 hour nurse which should’ve been 24 hours because in the mist of me being there I needed to have a bowel movement and my nurse had left so I had luckily got help from a sister that was in the bed next to me and she had a 24 hour nurse that she allowed to help me which I’m so grateful for. Literally I am just grateful for being able to still be here and I am doing so much better as the days go on. Be updating you soon with pictures.
