Throw the Old Me Away with 2020

Heyyy Doll so I’m here with another update and this one is about my adventure in Massages omg i can’t stress it enough ladies please choose your PO care provider wisely!! I went to Muncea in Sunset Park and i was familiar with the owner because she took care of me PO for my Rd1 so i went and got a package of 10 massages. So when i came back for DR (you pray flight Evererr) it was Thursday night so i wasn’t going to be able to get a massage but went the next day ( oh i came back with my drain by the way) so the owner Vee did my massage that day she took out my drain ( for being a loyal returning doll for free) and she drained me Omgg the pain she put me in my soul was crying lol my body wasn’t ready frim going from the Massages in DR to getting a US official one BIG difference , but I’ll tell you i felt so much better. So with my package i got the massages , the ultra sonic , the heat wrap, the Carboxy shots ( for Fibrosis) which hurt soooooo bad but helped in the long run oh and so machine you get on that shakes your body. I had to get the Carboxy shot a few times because i wasn’t doing self massages for the first 5wks (big mistake TOUCH yourself dolls)
But i did develop an infection because they reopened my drain site and my DUMBass didn’t clean it thoroughly ?????? so i developed an infection, BUT look at GOD i had my antibiotics that i took to DR with me that i didn’t use .. so i was on that for five days and then i was ok afterwards thank god for those meds!!! Also know your body cause o felt once they reopened my drain site that i might get an infection and my body was telling me something was up cause i had so much pain in the drain site after like two days ... but you live and you learn i should have been more on rope of my wound care that was the on me .. but anyhooo 10 massages later and i feel almost like myself but I’m going to go somewhere (LaReal Spa) else to do five more massages she does a different method than the massage person i was going to i look forward to that a new technique, and baby the price is right I’ll attach a flyer , and then start on my body contouring. (10 massages should have you right ladies but please do more if you feel you need to ) now let’s talk compression so far I’ve bought 2 fajas both from DR (both stage 2) fajate brand i got the one without sleeves from Dr.Laurant but it gave me to much pain in my arm pit so i went before i left bd got the long sleeve faja which was much more comfortable. So far I’ve gotten it taken in 2in and i should have taken it in more but I’m waiting for my stage 3faja I’m calling it from tributo it has stronger compression and has rods like a corset . I’m hoping this waist is on the road to be snatched... but the morel of this update is to say i can’t stress enough how important PO care and compression are.

Heyyyy Dolls i can’t believe i haven’t updated you guys in so long my badddd... ok so let see we’ll today I’m 7wk PO and I’m feeling like 70% better meaning that i can bend and do majority of things in my own .. amen to that
Ok so let me start so i was in DR for 10days i stayed At Premier recovery house, I had a double room with my best friend the food was pretty good pretty repetitive but they gave us different things towards the end of our trip. The nurses in a recovery house a pretty good they weren’t the greatest wood sticking to heprin shots but they got better as the days passed . I really appreciated being at the recovery house because when I couldn’t do stuff they really were there for me (so I suggest for any dolls that are going to DR get a recovery house but that’s just my opinion BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO DO REVIEWS ON THE RH SS WELL) I am I got a massage every day and the massage is there at the recovery house and not like massaging the states but they got them the fluids moving like they needed, but I will say about the recovery house though is that they definitely do need to have like two massage therapist there because it was literally a first come first serve in the house when I came to massages like you did she got there at 7 AM and they were people already downstairs at like six so I learned my lesson one time too many and I was making it my business to set my alarm on my watch for 645 every morning so I could be down here on the first people to get a massage.So while I was out there and getting some fillers my nose modeling which I didn’t see no major difference on to tell you truth , and 1cc in my lips. that swelling of the lips babbbyyy was more annoying than the back swelling I think God for the mask so no one saw them
Now let’s talks about my mental while out there !! Now i won’t lie to you i want not feeling myself till let’s say week 6 lol and that’s cause of the stages i went threw
While in DR i was in the sausage stage: and a sausage stage is when you can’t see shit about your shape because you got on a Lipo 360 foam , front board, backboard Posey pads and you are swollen all over . And for me it was the whole from head to toe swollen lol. Now I won’t say that I was disappointed extremely but I just wasn’t as happy as I could’ve been, when I went for my postop and saw other girls and how they looked i was a lil JELLY cause you could see their results off the rip!!! But i got a trust the process they say so I just kept all my feelings inside letting everything go day by day..
now let me talk about the flight home all my god that flight home was the worst, don’t ever get the first seat on the plane if you’re going to do surgery and coming home don’t do it it was the worst most uncomfortable couldn’t move flight ever and every seat was taken. And I thought with Covid being around that they would have a seat free in the middle nope every seat was taken on that plane so take my mistake and don’t ever order the seat right as soon as you get on the plane when you coming home PO from any surgery!!! And then the plane had the nerve to arrive late ??????

And who that’s it or now I’ll update with a video once i get my Tribio faja !! Which I’m excited about ..

Heyyyy ladies soo i made it to the flat side , flew in on the 11th .. Soon as we got off the plane, we met our driver who was waiting for us with the sign with our names on it. We got in the car with another lady that he was waiting for he drove us to the first location which was for x-ray, bloodwork, urinalysis. From there we went to Ceipe And there I saw the cardiologist who performed an EKG on me. The doctor said my EKG was good and from there we went to Clipa To meet with Dr. Laurent. Wow meeting with Dr.laurent he did a quick assessment of our bodies I showed him my wish picture, I paid for the remainder of my surgery and he told us that would be getting surgery done a day early. So instead of getting surgery on January 13 we got it done on January 12. We were so happy because that means that’s one day less of recovery that we would have and our belts, so after the meeting with Dr.laurent and he told us we get surgery in the morning we came back to recovery house, at this time it was like 9 PM I think so they gave us a slight meal I had some chicken noodle soup and some lemonade which was pretty good then we went room and we slept for the night. When we woke up the next morning We took our last shower and use that Surgery wash which oh my God it dries you out so bad lol . So the morning of surgery we wake up for like 5 AM I am we leave to get to the clinic for 6 AM, so at this point they separate me and my surgery sis i stay upstairs and She goes downstairs because I have to get cleared by the pulmonologist because I smoke cigarettes. Now waiting for the pulmonologist there’s a lot of girls waiting to do the pre-testing but thanks to Jenny she explain to them that I was having surgery today and if they would let me skip them which they didn’t have a problem with( well let me at the Girl she asked didn’t have a problem. I heard mumbling from some other chicks). So once in the pulmonologist office he had me blow into a tube that had a ball in it and was testing my lung pressure. I’m not gonna lie it was annoying but I passed the test I gave them $100 got my file and I want to wait downstairs for the anesthesiologist. So by this time I want to say it was like maybe 10 AM because I saw my doctor finally going downstairs to finally do my friend. So I was counting in my head from 10 AM to four hours after that and I figured I’d be seen around 3 PM the latest so I’m waiting waiting waiting then finally I get called and said anesthesia they gave me a nebulizer test to do again because I smoke so I wanted to clear up my lungs to make sure that I breathe. So after the nebulizer test they put IV in my arm for the Celine bag and then they give me something else that they inject an ear which also opens up my lungs. After that Dr.laurent came in he looked at my body he marked me up and he said your butts boxy lol And I said to him I know that’s why I’m here for you to fix it. So he took pictures then he left, after that I got my blue pill I sat in the wheelchair they wheeled me down the hallway into the elevator and down to the operating room . So they sent me on the table and they injected the anesthesia and me and the next thing I know I was knocked out I didn’t even see them do the epidural, though i did see the needle which was huge. ( sidebar I woke up twice in the middle of surgery don’t know why but I did I tried to move my arms but The anesthesiologist gave me more anesthesia and my IV and I went back to sleep)Next thing I know I am upstairs in recovery me and my surgery sister in the same room and then the recovery phase started, now I’ve done this before but I didn’t remember the whole numbness of the toes and legs so that was like my chief complaint at the time because I couldn’t lift my leg it was just so weird like I knew I made it Out alive because I was awake but I just can’t move my legs I didn’t like that. So we had a night nurse with us all day she was for both of us she was amazing her name is Charlene and she was a godsend she slept in our room the night at the clinic which is great you know she helped us get something to drink if we want to move she was the best money spend that night. Now let me tell you my favorite part of the clinic was that catheter oh my God like it was just so amazing that I didn’t have to get up to Pee , i seriously tried to see if I could take it with me to the recovery house but they told me no lol . (I was on some lazy shit) lol i’m going to attach a before and after of me right before I put my faja on this is what i saw..
