I had a bbl back in 2012 (rs will not let you select dates earlier than 2017) with Dr. Pazmino. I was 5'5" and 122 lbs, skinny and straight. After a few months of research I chose him because he is well known as being a safer choice. My experience was ok. I had a video consult, flew in, met the doctor and the following day had my surgery. I remember feeling so cold when I woke up and being rushed out of the recovery room and onto my stomach in the back seat of a rental car. I took a careful shower a little earlier than I was instructed about,18 hours after (couldn't stand being bloody from surgery) and noticed right away I still had a little fat pudge around my bellybutton but I chalked it up to swelling. My tush on the other hand looked great, a cute lil cupcake tush. A day later I had my follow up appointment with the doctor and was standing outside of his locked office for around 40 mins, I guess he and his staff forgot he was supposed to see me? Or forgot to reschedule my follow up for a day the office was actually open??? the doctor rushes in, speeds through the follow up, brushed off my concern about the fat pocket left behind as "swelling" and told me I looked great and was out the door in minutes. I was still pretty happy because I believed what he said and I am a pretty easygoing person. I flew back to ny and excitedly watched as my body healed into its permanent results. I have 3 major complaints 1) I didn't think to fill in my hips and the surgery for some reason makes hip dips more noticeable but that's not his fault. 2) The lump of fat around my belly button never went away and looks so strange like a small boob 3) the doctor made two incisions on my inner thighs where he claimed he performed lipo but once you have been through the healing process you know when something was not touched. Honestly, I didn't need thigh lipo and I wish he would of just said no I don't think you need that instead of slicing my leg and pretending he went through with it and now I have noticeable scars. I am writing this because it has been 7 years of me thinking if i should fix these issues or just ignore them and i have come to the conclusion if I'm still thinking about it 7 years later... i gotta do something about it.

I agree about the belly pudge.. but in general you look great! I wonder if you could only get lipo there?

I think the little pocket of fat, could actually be a gastric hernia. This is where the surgeon has probably torn the lining or wall or your tummy, causing fat to poke out. You should go to see your GP. I got it fixed when I had other surgery

Omg I never considered that. Hopefully it is not but I will definitely follow up with my gp. Thanks.

I plan on getting lipo there within the next year. Maybe transferring that fat to the hip dips

Btw I had a scan done and you are correct it is a gastric hernia! Thank you so much for being that to my attention.

He did the same but worse to me. I’m filing complaints with medical board.
