Terrible Service
The doctors were amazing the staff not so much. It seemed as if they were nice to any Spanish clients but I was the only white patient I saw there. They scheduled me at 645...no one was in the office. Apparently someone forgot to call me and inform me of changed time. They did not apologize at all only the dr did and even seemed irritated with me for being upset about it. I wasted so much time and $ ubering back n forth that morning not to mention I had no food or drink at 6pm prior. Also no one told me on the phone I needed to stay 5 days after and I had already booked my flight. Susie blamed me as if I didnt catch it ...not the case ...nor did any if my emails regarding pre OP prep mention it.
After surgery i was shocked and crying at how much pain I was in and was throwing up for the 1st time ever after anesthesia. I was in what looked like a break room facing the wall. I started throwing up and had to reach for and hold trash can. Susie nor Navi provided any comfort and just left me alone. At one point I yelled out for navi to see if she was in room and she said "what" ...I proceeded to asked if I could get off my stomach and be on all fours because the faja was digging in me so bad and she just firmly said no. The uber arrived and Susie wheeled me out not caring at all how painful going over the bumps felt. I crawled in the back and she just dropped the bbl pillow on the seat and shut the dr on my head. Next day my friend who spoke Spanish had a word with her in Spanish about the awful service I was given. She also asked for a different size faja and susie ignored her. When the dr appeared she of course changed her tune and acted like she cared. My friend asked the dr to speak to privately and told him everything since I did not speak Spanish. Navi was in contact via text after going back to Tampa but when I had questions regarding fajas and indentation I had from it no response and I text twice.
I've gone to drs here to see if the crease is a seroma or something I need a revision for due to the non response.
