Consultation review: Terrible Experience

Xiluet and this Dr is very disappointing
Sorry to say but, I traveled her from Nj. I was all cleared by my Dr to have surgery with Ziyad. Once I got to xiluet mind u I had a mask on due to covid. Me and my friend literally waited 5hrs in the waiting rm before anyone call us to the back. The coordinators except Elena and if you don't get Elana as you're coordinator God Bless you will be screwed. They told me I needed a ultrasound of my Thyroid literally the day of surgery but I couldn't understand why cause I had an exray of my thyroid before I left NJ remember guys I was cleared by my Dr. I was going to do a BBL and was going to come back for my TT. After waiting 5hrs in the waiting rm I finally got the ok to see Dr Ziyad so I went down stairs to his office and had to wait another 3 hours because his receptionist was outside smoking and chatting with her friends remember I still got on this hot mask smfh
So I've be stalking Ziyad and really was excited to meet him. He walked me in his office and look at me and said you need a tummytuck and I said I will definitely be coming back too you be right now I need a BBL. He still said no TT and even rolled his eyes. So now I don't feel uncomfortable with him because if he did the bbl I didn't feel he would give me the results I wanted. So I said ok and he escorted me out his office like it was nothing. He didn't understand I came to Miami for a BBL rented a Airbnb, paid for rides back n forth from xiluet, hired a nurse, I have no insurance.
Not to mention all the labs and exrays I paid for out of pocket, airfare list goes on. I didn't have a reclining chair for a TT at the house I rented but Ziyad didn't care about any of that and I'm guessing because I'm dark skinned? he didn't care or maybe he was tired idk but the way he treated me really hurted. So I went back to my house heartbroken torn because this doctor I looked up to and wanted to perform my surgery acted like I was nothing absolutely nothing. I get a call from xiluet that night saying Ziyad changed your surgery date plus u have to pay for an ultrasound I'm like they got to be kidding? But it was a text never a live person I can go on and on about how disrespectful and disgraceful this company and Ziyad is but you be the judge. All the good reviews wheeled me in but don't believe the hype. GOD is so good I got another surgeon that was cheaper and ready for me the next day and I love me results.
Dr Ziyad and xiluet really sucks. Please run from this place especially if you're dark skinned
Ziyad next time a customer comes from another state please give them options and not attitude. Be more caring, concerned not ARROGANT. The Manager promised me my deposit back it has been 2wks since I left Miami and I haven't received nothing. And to think I referred 5ppl to xiluet after this experience I will never mention this place again I will though every chance I get and let ppl no the horror I went through
