Dr. Mameniski is a hit or miss doctor. I gave him realistic ideas of how I wanted to look and I came out looking the same. When I complained on social media he blocked me. I paid too much money just to have to go get a round 2. I hate I switched from moradian to him trusting he could do it but I'm in a group on Facebook and he has done this to several and I means several women.
If you are considered him, please look for other options. The only We can make sure he takes this serious is if we start giving our business to the surgeons who respect our dollar. I still have a big stomach, my ass is a tad bit bigger and I still own the same two rolls I had from the start. Btw I'm 9 months post so I know it's done with.
I'm currently looking for a surgeon here in Atlanta to do a round 2. I did wear my compression garments and spent well over 2k on fajas to make sure I was compressing enough. It's finally come down to him being a trash doctor!!!!

Most women that have a higher BMI need more then 1 BBL. when you are a fuller sized women you almost need 2 or 3 rounds of BBL’s to get the results your looking for:

I’m being honest you can’t expect a miracle from a surgeon some of us need more than one round to achieve the look we want you have alotta fat you actually look good for a round one considering your before pictures I’m being realistic I’m a woman who needed multiple rounds to achieve what I was looking for CANT blame the surgeon

I can see why you’re upset. I’d be upset too, he could have done a better job with the lipo and more protection on the butt. I’ve seen reviews with women of your body type and doctors who’ve achieved or closely achieved their goal. I also agree with one of the comments; about some women needing 2 bbls to achieve their goal and you also might need a tummy tuck due to the sagging skin but I’d say you research more bbl doctors and go for a round two! In the meantime work with what ya got and stay beautiful!

Scheduled with Avana and initially wanted to do moradian but changed to mameniskis because it appeared he did bigger women better. I went in for my preop but didn't see him. I got a call saying my surgery was scheduled for 5:30 in the morning. I got there was quickly taken to the back. I woke up and was taken to my hotel by my boyfriend. The first days I was swollen and couldn't really see my results but I felt like I liked it. I went in for my massage the next day and took off my faja and just burst into tears. I hated it. It looked like I looked the same but was just in pain. I still had the rolls and my butt was the same. I could see some fat was removed from my stomach but not injected in my butt. When I saw mameniski I saw him for 5 mins before my surgery and showed him what I wanted but I didn't get that at all. I've messaged him on Instagram and expressed my dissatisfaction and he's promised a call on Monday. I'm uploading my before, my wish pic and my day 1post op and my day 2 post op pics.

I am considering Dr. Mameniski but idk after reading your post. I have a date of 8/29/20 but um wary now and the reviews about the pay process and not being able to reach anyone. How are your results now, are you still unhappy?

Hey sis. So I'm currently 2 weeks post op. I look a lot better. Still having some swelling issues but I definitely see my ass but it's not what I asked for. My stomach is flatter. I can send you some updated pics of how I look now if you want. Send me a dm. just a word to the wise Avana is very disorganized and you will spend most of your time sitting around waiting and not getting answers. Don't let him dismiss you when you go in explaining what you want! They schedule so many people for surgery on the same day so they try to be quick with the process which isn't good.
