I decided to go with Dr.Calva. I'm really excited because I love his work my surgery is scheduled for the end of July I'm coming from Michigan all the way to Florida so I hope that there are no discrepancies or scheduling errors when I get there. I've paid in full so I'm not going with anyone besides Dr. Calva. My coordinator is Isis she's so kind and has walked me through the process so far.

My surgery with Dr. Calva has been cancelled, they said" he is no longer doing BBL surgery as of the end of June" I am now scheduled with Dr. Valls. Have you been informed the same?

So I recently paid in full for my surgery. Literally 3 days ago I signed the authorization form . I'm really really really worried because Dr.Calva just had a death yesterday morning . From what I've investigated it's not his fault it's the actually BBL procedure itself . BBL is 20 times more likely to cause death than any other plastic surgery procedure due to the risk for embolism entering the lungs through the blood stream. I'm still going forward with my surgery but I'm very un easy right now.

Girl I don't even know what to do. It's so scary but we already paid eres isn't going to give a refund for nothing I'll tell you that. I emailed dr Calva he seems really sad but idk all of this stress took the excitement for my procedure . When are you going with him? I go in July

Damn smh yea I go in May I'm super nervous now but im just going to take all precaution and see how things pan out we got a little time to see what really went wrong

Exactly right. I was just so excited and now I'm second guessing but for me I've been dreaming about this surgery I really hope he wasn't at fault . And let me know how it goes for you what's your plan for the plane ride back since we aren't supposed to sit too much

My feeling are so hurt that this has happened an my surgery date is super close April 20 cause I really want it dine but I'm super happy I only paid a 1000 an I was paying in full April 7 I didn't wanna pay in full till I was really close to my date just in case anything happened cause I knew if I couldn't get the surgery or anything happened I could get all my money back . I real like my doctor I'm really still thinking about going thru with it in the hopes he'll be even more cautious do to what has happen cause I mean he has done a lot of bbl over the years an this is the first time I patient had died. That saying a lot to I understand everything can't always be the same but .a Bih like me sint tryns fie for a new ass SWEAR ...

This is my pre surgery body I'm 174 lbs and 5'3 and a half . I'm paying for lipo of chin and arms because those are problems for me. I really can't wait for the BBL I want a BIG booty.
