Progress
So today I’m 19 days post op and my new waist trainer came in the mail so I decided to give it a try over my garment, that meant no more foams. I ordered a extra small from Pretty Girl Curves and honestly it took me a good 30 minutes to get it on but once it was on it was more or less comfortable, not comfortable enough yet to sleep in, but I got it late in the evening so I probably wore it a good 3 or 4 hours. When I measured my waist it was down to a 28 so far, so I’ve lost a good two inches since I last measured last, it’s still not the 25 I want but I’m getting closer. Hopefully I can wear the waist trainer all day tomorrow and soon start sleeping in it. My garment is starting to get loose so the extra compression is definitely needed. My pain is almost non existent now, although I’m not used to sleeping on my stomach yet at all. I’ll be glad when I can at least sleep normal again.
Update
So a lot changed since my last update..I’ve actually already had my surgery, it was on March 28th with Dr. Rami Ghurani. I’m gonna try to be as detailed as possible about what happened so far, so I booked a flight and arrived in Miami on the 27th and stayed at the Joyful Recovery House for 4 nights. They picked me up at the airport and took me to my Pre-Op appointment where the staff took my before pictures and asked me some medical questions. I had my surgery around 9 am the next morning and I was in a lot of pain afterwards. So after my meds were picked up I rested for the remainder of the day. I was up and walking by the second day, still in pain but it was better. I had my first massage at the recovery house and it was hell. After my post op I was allowed to shower and put my foams and garment on. The healing process is very slow, I wouldn’t say I actually felt a lot better until about the 4th day. So anyways, I’m not sure how I feel about my results right now, of course I look better than how I started off but I would have liked a bigger butt and a slightly smaller waist than what I have now. My waist measurement is a 29 and I’m going to start trying to get it down to a 25. At this point my garment is starting to feel looser around the waist so I’m thinking of using a waist trainer over it instead of getting it altered. Maybe using some slimming cream or tea after my 6 week mark. I guess I’m more in like than in love with my results right now, hopefully that changes soon. I’ll be updating again soon, if you have any questions feel free to ask.
Update
So far this week has been very productive as far as my surgery, I am officially scheduled for Dr. Hasan on May 3rd 2019, this is earlier than I originally planned to have my surgery but why not? I did decide to use a hotel instead of a recovery house since my friend will be going with me. A stay at Best Western for 6 days only cost me $538 verses $1500 for a recovery house so i'll take the hotel lol. I haven't made any changes to my supply list but I am going to research more lists to make sure I'm getting the right foams and such. I am also going to purchase a waist belt and eraser to use after surgery to get better results. So far I haven't had any problems with Jolie, I absolutely love my coordinator. I guess that's it for now, I'll post another update soon!
