My body looks horrible - stomach is still big and ass still flat

I went and got a bbl and tummy a combo Procedure… and I came out looking like exactly how I came in… my stomach is still big and my ass still flat. I hate even looking at my body I just got a hips that looks like box square shape and a flat butt… I told him I wanted front hips and the “bbl” big round booty and I got nothing I ask for I still have a set of rows on my back… I have look at his instagram and saw girl that’s have tummy tucks and was fresh off the table and they had zero stomach that was big like me and I still have a fat ass stomach! I’m shame to even go out my house, family and friends have been trying to come visit and I have been refusing visitor. I’m just shame something I waited so long for work so hard to save the money for just to look a mess
