Disappointed with my Result

I am currently 3 months post-op. I was trying to be hopeful and wait until 6 months, but I know my results won't change much. I am very unhappy with my results. I was excited going into the consultation. The customer service ladies are very friendly and helpful. I will say he does not answer questions, so please do your research before going. Based on his IG, I liked the way he shaped the body. I knew my stomach had loose skin, and you can't do much, but I wanted a cute curvier shape because I didn't have any hips or butt. Because of my stomach, he felt lipo 270 bbl, which made me feel comfortable. I was able to schedule my surgery a month after the consultation. On surgery day, he asked what I was looking for, and I told him I wanted to be as curvy as possible and I really wanted hips. During the surgery, I woke up and could feel him injecting the fat, which he said was pressure, but it was very uncomfortable. I could also hear him and his employees going back and forth like bickering. A couple of days post-op, once I was able to shower, I noticed my hips were uneven, but I knew it was a possibility it could happen. My mom and I also noticed my butt was still square, but I figured because I was swollen, the shape would get better as I healed; well, it didn't. My shape looks like he didn't do anything, and I still have no hips, no butt, and I am still square. My butt is boxy, and the center of my butt is completely flat. He notices it during my post-ops visit but chooses not to say anything because he knows the results are not good. He also gets very defensive when you ask him questions, so I don't bother to ask because it won't change anything. I am distraught because I spent $10,500, and my shape looks horrible. He does not recommend massages, and the faja he provided is cheaply made. He does not give much post-op instructions other than what is on his papers. Because my butt is flat in the center, I only feel comfortable wearing my faja, but I know I can't wear it forever, but I wear it because it lifts my butt so you can't see the flatness in the center. In my last post-op visit, all he could say was," let's see what your butt is going to do." I was so upset that all I could do was cry when I left. It has been 3 months, and my butt has not done anything but shrink and looks boxier. Please do not bother spending your money with him; it's a waste, and his bbl work is not worth 10k based on my results. Save your money, ladies, and go somewhere else to a doctor who is open for questions and truly cares about the patient's results. I hope this helps before you decide to make a life-changing decision choosing him as your surgeon.
