Not the results I expected - my butt is small and square

My overall experience with Avana was good. Dr. Moradian explained health concerns and procedure thoroughly. I do not like my results so far. My waist is much smaller and I am satisfied My butt was very huge the first two days, but now is small and square. He did not give my any hips at all. He gave me lats at the top of my butt, and rounded it some and then straight down,no hips. I know it is early on and I'm praying that something changes.
