SOOO Happy with BBL Results from Best Surgeon You'll Find - Dr Aslani

Dr Aslani is the best surgeon you can find for BBL, he is an artist, a perfectionist and a master of his trade. He is also extremely experienced and places he emphasis on safety, which for me was the single most important aspect. He ensures safety by not grafting fat cells into the glute muscles (the glutes are home to the biggest vein in the body which, if injected into in error can cause fat embolisms which can lead to strokes and even death - hence BBL's gaining a reputation for the most dangerous cosmetic procedure). The downside of Dr Aslani's safe and cautious approach is that there is a limit to how much fat can be injected (and how well it survives) when not injected into the muscle. So if you want a huge butt, firstly you need enough fat to transfer or you need to opt for the Supercharged BBL which includes implants and fat transfer.
I didn't have a huge amount of fat available to liposuction (I was 157lb and I'm 5ft 7) prior to surgery, plus when I tell you my butt was flat..I mean it was FLAT. So I knew before surgery that a huge butt was not going to be achievable (the moral of this story is be realistic in your expectations).
Whilst my butt isn't huge after BBL it is perfectly shaped and perfectly proportioned. I had hip dips which he filled beautifully and I now have a banging hourglass hip ratio of .7 (40 hips 27 waist) - Before surgery I was 37 hips and 30 waist - so the visual is insane. The body shape Dr Aslani has given me is a miracle. I absolutely love it.
Another point I want to note about Dr Aslani is that unlike any other surgeon I researched, he is very thoughtful as to where to hide the incisions. All other surgeons I researched leave the incision scars in very obvious areas on the body. I have 10 incision points and you barely notice them at all. I really like that he gave this so much thought.
The surgery was very smooth, I was lucky in that I experienced no nausea after the anaesthetic and was up walking around a few hours after surgery. I experienced no pain throughout the process and recovery. The only pain I did have was neck pain which led to headaches from sleeping on my stomach as I had chin lipo.
I travelled to Spain alone so booked a nurse for 5 days to help me mostly with putting on the compression stockings each morning, I couldn't do that alone. The rest of the recovery alone was fine. I booked an entire row on the flight back home so I could lay on my stomach and so glad I did that as the flight was packed.
Now, one month post op, I have started sitting on my bottom on a poppy pillow for short periods of time. I still sleep on my stomach as it feels weird and achey to try sleeping on my back right now. I have very little swelling other than my legs because I mostly stand up to work. I absolutely love my results and hope they stay exactly as they are now but I am aware I may still lose some volume in my butt and hips. My neck is still swollen from lipo but I expected this as this area can take months for the swelling to go down.
To summarise, you simply will not find better than Dr Aslani. He is very busy and very in demand but he is exceptional at what he does and I wouldn't go to another surgeon, especially for a BBL.
