Very distressing skinny fat transfer results

I went with Dr. Franco initially because I felt that his liposuction stomach results were awesome and I wanted fat transfer to my hip dips. When I started the process with him, I noticed everything was very rushed and careless, with several of my pre and post appointments running up to two hours late or appointments being re-scheduled last minute. That was the first warning sign that things weren't on the up and up and that there was a lack of respect for the time of his patients. I have a naturally thin athletic frame and I told him that I wanted results that were very subtle, undetectable, Hamptons-esque and that I ONLY wanted my hip dips filled, but he instead gave me a full BBL look and filled the upper part of my butt, upper thighs and my saddlebag area which gave me a bodacious kardashian style look that doesn't fit me, or my thin frame at all. It's very distressing and I look at myself with disgust now. I won't lie, I really like the results that he did with my stomach, but there is a lot of unevenness in my thighs which I suspect is because the garment didn't fit properly and no one bothered to check :(. It's very depressing and I feel vulgar looking when all I wanted was less obvious hip dips. He also added fat to my upper legs, which turned my thin long legs into a heavy saddlebag look. The worst part is that I've called the office numerous times politely asking to speak to the nurses and him about the issues I've been having and I've been given the runaround and never called back and blatantly ignored. It's terrible to spend this much on a surgeon that doesn't listen and does what he wants with your body/ ignores your wishes. I strongly advise you to not go with this doctor as he does not listen to what patients want and operates on an assembly line basis. I was rushed through every single aspect of my pre and post care and was treated like I was on a cattle call which is what other negative reviews also mention. I still haven't spoke to the doctor or been acknowledged or called back. I urge you to go with another provider. I will be adding photos to this.
