Looking to get a skinny BBL and Breast Aug Revision

Any advice or suggestions would be great! I'm in the DMV area. Ever since having my daughter my implants are less perky and more "natural" and I spent a good amount of money on them. I'm not sure if I'll be able to get a BBL or if it's just a fat transfer?
Does anyone know if BBL's cause scarring in the stomach area? Is it the same as a fat transfer? This is what I look like now. I hate my butt, I hate how I'm not curvy, and especially hate my boobs now!
