Skinny BBL - 5'5 120lbs

Just had my "skinny" BBL with Dr. Dass this morning - and the pain have probably been a 2 all day (was expecting WAY worse!). Will post pics but here's how my experience so far:
- I've always had super stubborn fat around my lower stomach and love handles - which never went away even with exercise. So the main reason I wanted to do a BBL was to remove the stubborn fat... and since I had zero curves, transferring that fat into my butt area was an added bonus :)
- August: I scheduled a BBL / breast Aug with a different doctor back in October, I still went through with the BA (which went super smoothly) but backed out of the BBL because the first dr hadn't had that much experience doing BBLs on thinner women and even then his results weren't very noticeable. That's when I found Dr Dass who had plenty of photos of skinny women with noticeable BBL results.
- October: I sent through my photos and wish pics to Dass' office. Dr Dass said I had enough fat to achieve my desired look, which is great because I didn't want a big butt, and still wanted to to look slender but curvy.
- Pre op (Feb 4): had my pre-opp three days ago and met Dr Dass for the first time. He's wasn't unfriendly like others have said, he just seems more mellow / serious - which was fine cuz I felt totally comfortable with him and it really felt like he knew what he was doing. The ladies at the front desk were also super kind / friendly
- Surgery day (2/7): got to the office at 6am, and the nurse started prepping me. She made me pretty nervous cuz she got my name wrong, accidentally had me sign the wrong patient's consent forms, and had to prick me a couple times to get the IV going. Beyond that, everything went super smoothly. Dr Dass marked me up, then the anesthesiologist came to check on me. Surgery started around 7AM and I woke up around 8:30 - not feeling any pain. Way less painful than my BA, which wasn't that bad either. Just some soreness around my abs and butt area but that's about it. Have mostly been resting but getting up and moving around has been fairly easy and I've even been lucid enough to send some work emails out! The leakage hasn't been too bad either. The hardest part will be not being able to sit down and having to lay on my belly constantly.
Also, the ladies urinal is a must. Very swollen still but can't wait to see the results!
