Scheduled my surgery! I’m so excited for this

I have a couple of months left until my surgery and I’m so excited and nervous at the same time. It is scheduled for Jan 14th with Dr. Dass. I found him from the recommendations and reviews here on Realself. I booked the appt back in August. I set the date for January to give me time to save all of the money I would need for my surgery and any after care.I’m so excited for this—especially after seeing all the results of the patients he’s worked on. I have already bought most of the things I’m going to need for after surgery. I know Dr. Dass doesn’t recommend the massages but I think after 2 maybe 3 weeks I’m going to book a lymphatic massage.I’m also thinking of buying a BBL pillow because I know I’m going to hate being on my stomach for days on end. Do any of you recommend a BBL pillow? Also, I’m uploading my before pictures and it’s sort of embarrassing to even post them because it’s kind of like “ewwl I really look like this?” lol!My husband is amazing and always boosts my confidence to level 1000 haha! He’s so supportive with this as well. He says “if this is what YOU want, then do it.” He’s the best! So I am getting lipo on my upper and lower abdomen, flanks, and back (bra roll area). One thing I am worried about is what if my stomach gets super wrinkly after the lipo because I’ve had 4 babies?I don’t have any stretch marks and after pregnancy my body usually snaps back pretty quickly. I just hope it doesn’t wrinkle up because IDK how I feel about getting a tummy tuck. Has anyone had this issue before?

I’m so excited and nervous about my upcoming surgery! I can’t believe it has come so quickly. I’ve already paid and now it’s just the waiting game. I have my pre-op scheduled for the day before and that’s one of the only concerns I have. I’m nervous that because my appt is so late in the day and surgery so early the next, that I won’t be able to get my prescriptions filled in time. I’m sure it’ll all work out. I’ve already purchased most of the things I’ll need for post op care except for some small things that I’m planning to get the night before. It’s starting to get a little real for me now that it’s getting closer to the day!

Has anyone else experienced anxiety before surgery?? I’m scheduled for this Thursday and I’m getting so much anxiety about it. I keep thinking what if something happens and it gets pushed back? What if something happens to ME and my family is left without a mom and wife because I was being selfish? What if I don’t get the results I’m hoping for? What if I’m not able to get my medication? Etc.
Idk. I’m so nervous!!
