Scheduled Feb 3 2022 for 360 lipo, BBL, and breast implant exchange

Heres my surgery story: I got lipo 360 BBL, 600 cc breast implants silicone under muscle, and chin lipo. On the day of surgery Ledesma and her team asked me what i wanted. I wanted buccal fat removal but she advised against it because my age and facial structure would make me look older. So i just went with chin lipo. I had previously had butt implants and had to have one removed due go a seroma that would not heal. So because of that i wasnt able to add much more fat to my butt as she advised it could possibly break the implant during surgery, so she added what she could, fixed the symmetry of it and added fat to my hip dents. I told her to suck all the fat off my abs and back and she most certainly did. Her team was outstanding, I experienced practically no pain and infact the IV insertion was the worst part of the whole surgery! They had a hard time sticking me due to my tiny veins and the nurse held my hand.

After a failed butt implant surgery, I have decided to go to Mexico to have 360 lipo, bbl, and breast implant exchange. I have chosen Dra Ledesma to perform the surgery after much research. The 360 lipo includes arms, full back, full abdomen, and inner thighs. I have also added buccal fat removal as well..I have been bulking so that I finally get the result I want.
