Not satisfied - left with scars and huge lump on my thigh

I had a bbl at Spectrum Aesthetics on October 31, 2017 performed by Dr. Dowbak. What a sweet person. I'm 5'4 191 lbs, 30 years old married with 2 kids ages 12 & 6. After having a hysterectomy 3 years ago and all the side effects like weight gain due to hormonal issues, I have two major areas when it comes to fat; my stomach and back rolls. So I did not have the expectations that I would not have any back rolls or a flat stomach after this procedure, being that the max is 4 liters. After the procedure I stayed a night at the Dolls Recovery House. The Dolls Recovery House has a driver the driver came to pick me up from Spectrum then the diver stoped at the pharmacy to pick up my medicine. I was sore, however I was able to go to the restroom on my own had to basically stand. I had a ton of drainage after surgery. I had to keep the garment on for the 1st 24 hrs. The food at the Dolls Recovery was great. Day 1 the Dolls Recovery took me and the other ladies to our appointments. At Spectrum the massage therapist helped me to remove my garment so I could get a lymphatic massage. I would be lying if I said it didn't hurt. It Hurt! It was very uncomfortable but, it was for my good. After that I was able to return back to my hotel room with my husband and take a shower. After the massage I hardly didn't drain any. Day 2 I was still a little stiff and in pain here and there but I had a second massage one but it was some of ultrasound massage. I did not hurt at all. I went back to work on November 6......I'm now 10 days post op. I'm slightly sore here and there. I only sleep on my stomach which I was advised to do for the next 3 weeks. My butt is still firm. My stomach is still sensitive and a little swollen and so is my back. I still have back rolls but they're not as bad as they were before the surgery. I was not expecting a flat stomach after this procedure because I knew I really needed to get a tummy tuck. Dr. Dowbak confirmed during the consultation that in about six months Could get a tummy tuck. I will post pictures when I get off work.

I wear my garment everyday. I have been numb since the surgery. However yesterday I discovered I can now feel my stomach. It is hard I wonder if it will ever go away.. so I went to the grocery store today and I did not wear my garment just something normal panties leggings and top. I get home and I have a serious indentation from my panties and leggings smh. Is my body retaining fluid???

After surgery Dr. Dowbak and his team put a size 1x garment on me. Now being in pain and extremely sore, I felt like it was just too tight day 2 after surgery. So I got a size 2x, I have been wearing the 2x until today. I was putting the 2x on a little too easy the past week plus I seem to be swollen still it wasn't compressing anything. This morning I switched back to the 1x. I put it on by myself without any problems.
