Frustration.. New Surgeon

Hi guys, the past week has been very challenging, confusing and frustrating to say the least. I came accross an article publised by U.S Today on Jolie Clinic and I was in shock. This clinic has had 8 deaths over the past couple of years and changed their names 4 times to cover it up.
While Dr. Ghurani is an amazing amazing surgeon, I cannot in good faith step my foot into Jolie, ever! I was so caught up doing research on the surgeons and forgot all about the clinic. I contacted Jolie to cancel my surgery with them and my coordinator sent me a buch of document about the article being slanderous and Jolie suing the writer etc. But this deaths and name change are facts, that was all I needed to know!..
Anyway, I then went back to my drawing board to find a new surgeon for the same date I had with Jolie. I saw that Dowbak has a new clinic called glamourous life opened just for her. She is the only surgeon there, I heard they have great service and being a new facility that just got approved, it is more trustworthy. I inquired about the rumour of Dowbak being overbooked despite her amazing results and I was assured that she does variety of procedures ranging from 30 mins procedures to 2 hour procedures, so a mix of those could result in 9 surgeries a day as I heard. I was also super impressed by her resume. She's done a lot of charity body reconstruction for kids and women in third world countries for decades, worked in the navy for decades, practice for over 30 years and not a single death etc.
So I booked my same day 03/12 with Dowbak and I'm excited to meet her and be a patient of hers.. Still nervous but I believe I made the right choice leaving Jolie even though I feel bad about not going with Ghurani.. it is well!

Wow. Thanks for this info because I didnt know all of this either. Whats the refund policy when you canceled with Jolie? How much did u put down and how long before you receive it? Can you also tell me dr dowbak price for bbl? I think I will change also.

No worries doll.. I just decided to provide an update on my journey. You can google “Jolie USA Today “ to read the article. I emailed my coordinator telling her about my wish to cancel because of the article and of course she tried to talk me out of it by saying Jolie is certified, they’re suing USA Today etc. So eventually, she sent me a form to fill out for a refund of just $100 out of my $500 deposit. I didn’t wanna argue with her so I just called my bank to dispute the charges and they’re currently helping me retrieve the money. I DM Dowbak and her assistant Elena on IG and I was texted with a quote of $5500 with cell saver, faja, 3 massages, boards, foams & socks. I am kinda obsessed with her kind reviews on RealSelf and the results on her IG Page Lol!

I had surgery at Jolie with Doctor Fisher April 2018. I almost died from a very rare blood infection I acquired from dirty tools. I also had over two liters of blood clots in my leg from the procedure. I spent the entire month of June battling sepsis. I lost almost of half my hair and I aged from the hardcore treatment of being on CIPRO for MONTHS to live. Now that you know the cliffs notes (I’m ready to write an entire well thought out article this weekend) just know prior to all of that aftermath DURING SURGERY I was LEFT ON A TABLE FOR EIGHT HOURS UNDER ANESTHESIA! Oh and if that wasn’t enough I was under the same exact time another girl was- who was ALSO ALLEGEDLY having her surgery performed by the same exact surgeon Dr Fisher!!!! How does this make any sense?! No one will ever know but them. And don’t worry they’ll say I’m lying etc etc (they falsified documents to say I was out at 2pm not 7pm) but I have the panicked proof of my mom (home in NJ) and best friend (with me in MIAMI) trying to figure out what the heck was going on with me taking so long and freaking out. I even have the photo my friend took THE MOMEBT I WAS WHEELED INTO POST OP! They don’t let people back but since my mom went so insane she insisted my friend sees me alive the moment I was finished so they had her back there for my IG alive arrival EIGHT HOURS LATER. DO NOT GO TO JOLIE DO NOT GO TO JOLIE DO NOT GO TO JOLIE Dr fisher and company almost cost my children their mother!

How to sit after surgery

Do you dolls have an idea on how to sit after surgery? Booty bean bag? Patio reclining chair with a whole cut for the booty? Booty wedge thingy? I promise I will go crazy laying on my stomach the whole time :(
