Thank you for your honest review. I just had a tummy tuck and breast lift with Dr. Fisher and I was trying to make a decision if I was going to fly back to Miami to get a bbl or just find a great doctor in Houston which is closer to where I live.
How was your experience and results with your arms being lipoed?

360 lipo bbl with arm lipo

For this review I will just highlight my experience but not unique aesthetic center. I feel like the facility and Dr Fisher needs it’s own review which I’ll give later on. I did my first round June 2019. That round was a walk in the park compared to this round. In the first round I was able to walk around straight off the table. I was able to walk to my apartment by myself I was able to walk around my house with no help I was able to do a lot. This round was absolutely brutal. So in New York or at least with my previous doctor we walk to our car after surgery but in Miami you usually have to use a wheelchair. Literally after the the nurse brought me to the car service that picked me up when I got to the hotel I could not walk. From the car to the hotel was about 10 steps and I felt like I was going to pass out. the receptionist at the front desk had to go grab a wheelchair and help me to sit because I will literally shaking so bad. It’s funny because you could tell Miami is used to this because she ran for the wheelchair as soon as she saw me. I’ve heard that round two is more painful because of scar tissue and they did not live. I paid for the soul saver because with Dr Fisher if you’ve had lipo before he requires cell saver and I really don’t think that helped at all personally. I needed help getting in the bed I need help getting out the bed I needed help wiping my butt (but i made sure to do that myself lol). This round I literally felt really really really weak. Straight off the table in my first round I could tell what I did not like and what I did like. They always say trust the process but you could tell what looks good and what does not look good. My first round I did not like how square I look in the front and my hip dips were ridiculous. This time around I struggle to gain weight which I was only able to get 10 pounds in one year but Dr Fisher said my fat was limited so I had to choose a place to focus on so I told him to round out my hips and then whatever I have left over to stuff me up stuff my butt. I am honestly honestly honestly in love with the way that my hips look I wish it was a little bit round but I know that i didn’t have a lot of fat and he definitely gave me more butt which I’m surprised he was even able to get that much fat out. I am a little worried because Dr Fisher said that I have a dent on both of my butt cheeks because my previous doctor put too much fat on the top which put pressure on the bottom part and that caused the dent so he said that’s not fixable but he will try to improve it so I’m just worried about that and I’m just praying that I don’t lose any more volume from my hips or my butt. I am now 10 days postop and I still cannot even dress myself properly. Miami doctors really go aggressive with their surgery because there’s no way I’m still having limited mobility. I got 10 massages in Miami and definitely I see a difference compared to when I didn’t get any massages my first round. my waist is much smaller and my stomach doesn’t have the hard spots. my belly button it took me about two or three weeks my belly button to revert back to normal in my first round but at 10 days postop my belly button actually looks normal.
No one talks about the plane ride home. I cannot. That was one of the worst experiences of my life. I literally almost passed out on the flight because of how uncomfortable I was. I made sure to fly home first class so I could only imagine how people who do not fly home in first class feel. Throughout the flight the seatbelt sign kept going off and on so I had to keep sitting down, standing up non-stop and it was just ridiculous. it was so uncomfortable and then I had to walk so far to the gate to get home.
I completely forgot how uncomfortable this journey is and definitely this is my last round absolutely I can’t stomach the thought of ever doing this to myself ever again.

Looking forward to the other portion of the review. Also can you go into details about the dents that needed to be corrected? I'm currently dealing with that. How much correction would you say was done? I know it'll always differ person to person but I would love a lil more insight! On another note, you look phenomenal! I hope the rest of your recover is blissful love. Thank you for sharing!
Thanks hun. I'm not sure how much he filled it. I showed him a wish pic of one of his patient. I asked him to just fill in the hip dips as much as possible without making it look surgical. I wanted full natural hips but I'm assuming I'm left with little hip dips because of my limited fat. Before my hip dips made me look square but now even with these hip dips i feel very feminine and i don't look as square. He placed roughly 1000cc in each cheek but i think the 1000cc also include the amount he placed into the hips. Sorry i can't be more detailed.
You look so good hun. Such an improvement! Can't wait to see how your progress in your recovery!
How bad did the arm lipo hurt? I'm thinking about getting my second round trying to mentally prepare myself and didn't have my arms lipoed last time so I'm curious. Thanks
