Supercharged BBL with Dr Aslani! Best decision i ever made for myself

Just posting some photos of my round 1 and round 2 results! I loved my round 1, but for my dream result i wanted some more fulness on the upper part of my hips, and for that the doctor explained i needed a round 2 of fatgrafting. Really happy with my final results and will update after a couple months when swelling is down.

I had my first operation ( Supercharged BBL ) with Dr Aslani January 2021. It completely transformed my body, and being a trans woman, the results where extremely impressive and honestly life changing! I went from having a straight figure, to having curves! Dr Aslani took the time to have a pre op skype call before i flew to Marbella, to explain the procedure, which included bbl ( liposuction from my stomach, back, flanks and transfer to the buttock and hips ) and silicone implants. He was very thorough, and answered all my questions accurately and realistically! He has so much knowledge around this procedure which made me feel very safe. After the op, aftercare was amazing, all the nurses were very kind and attentive! Recovery with implants is a bit challenging and there is some discomfort the first week but it is totally worth it! You can't move a lot, while the muscle heals and your incisions close, but after around 7-10 days you will be feeling great! The clinic is also very modern and they offer lots of post operative treatments to help with your recovery. They will offer you massages, oxygen treatments, and all your post op garments complimentary. To summarise i was so happy with my results, i wanted a round 2! I wanted a bit more volume higher on my hips, and that's exactly what i got. I am now 2 weeks post op my round 2 ( had surgery 12 May 2022 ). Recovery is so much easier now with only bbl, pain was minimal and i can't wait to get back to my everyday activities asap and enjoy my new figure! Highly recommend Dr Aslani!
