Botched BBL: I regret getting a BBL

I did a BBL with Dr. Tim Sayed And I regret my BBL i did it around February 2018 And he put the fat so high that he gave me a shelf butt and it was still flat seven months or six months into my check up I told him I did not like my but it was still flat and he decided to do a revision I thought about it and I said OK I’m going to do it because I want to trust him to fix it I told him what I wanted We talked about it for a good half an hour before surgery . Which this is the second surgery I say my butt still looks the same with a big hole in it
