2nd Round BBL

I‘m three months post op and the healing process is nearly done. My skin is back to normal, no more swollen legs and no bruisings. When I sit I try to use everytime my bbl pillow to save the fat in the buttocks. I would say after round two of bbl ca. 85-90% of the transfered fat survived. Most of the fat I lost on the hips.. well, that’s only 10-15% of all. A very good rate!
My first bbl was before exactly one year, the touch up was in May 2021. Could not ne happier with the result! Now it’s on me, to keep the results as great as I can. I started 2 weeks ago with 30 minted dayli on stepper and it works. The butt is in a perfect shape.

I‘m 8 weeks post op after my 2nd round BBL. No swellings, no bruisings, everything is fine. But I still pay attention to the healing process. I wear my Faja minimum 17h per day and I wear also the waistbelt. I try to avoid sitting as often as I can, to avoid pressure on the buttocks. My personal note: do this as long as you can to give the transfered fat time to connect.

Healing process is a long way to go.. but it’s so important to keep the result at its best.

Here‘s in detail what was done in my surgery’s:

1st round: removed fat from lower back, sides and belly and transfered 1000cc fat into each buttock + 340cc implants each side

2nd round: removed fat from, lower and upper back, belly and thighs and transferred 1000cc into each buttock.

Hooray, I‘m 4 weeks post op after my second round. No bruisings, no swellings. Only the skin is very sensitive. The healingprocess is going on. I don’t sit until now! I upload a pic where you can see the difference between round one and round two. Got more hips and roundness now. Over all I‘m very lucky. Two weeks left until I start with exercising again.
