BBL revision with BodyTite

Sharing my before pics and pictures 6 months after my first and second BBL. I should have NEVER touched my body!!! Girls, I really don’t know how to continue life like this...I want this nightmare to stop finally but no matter what I do, it doesn’t work. It’s been 3 years since the first BBL and I can’t get my life back. I literally haven’t left my apartment for the past 3 years except for work. BBL is the biggest mistake of my life...

I travelled all the way from Europe to fix a bad BBL I had done two years ago. I had been searching for THE BEST surgeon ever since and - no lie - would've been willing to go to the moon, because I didn't want to make another mistake. I really did my research and flew into town weeks before the surgery date for consultations with different surgeons. Dr. Hughes was the most confident one and presented himself as an absolute expert in BBL revisions, which is something he said he would be doing every day. He was also by far the most expensive doctor I saw. We discussed I needed BBL revision with lipo from the abdomen, flanks and back with fat transfer into the buttocks and hips. He also wanted to improve my cellulite and lumpy stomach from previous lipo with Bodytite. The total cost for the surgery was 17,700 USD. However, in total I paid around 25k for the surgery, plane tickets, hotels etc., which I was willing to pay in order to finally end my ordeal. Unfortunately, Dr. Hughes did not deliver any of the discussed results. The pictures show that he ruined my shape even more. I can't tell how much fat was lipo'ed or inserted back into my butt and thighs, because he gave me different numbers in person and via E-Mail than stated in the surgery report, which I had only received one month after the surgery. I can only warn to request the document right away, as otherwise they will add any complaints as unfixable facts that were discussed during consultation - which is what they did in my case. I've literally been crying nonstop since the day after the surgery, because I knew from the beginning that the shape wasn't right. I expressed my concerns 2 days after the surgery, but was dismissed with the words that I should be glad I didn't have any complications. Really, that's what I paid 18k USD for, to just be happy I didn't die? I gained 20 pounds for my first BBL and another 20 pounds for the revision - total nonsense - because there are no results! You can see from the pics, the flanks were not proporly lipo'ed, fat transfer into the hips did not happen either at all! Without any hips the shape is totally square!!! Body Tite on the stomach and the back of the thighs did not work (or wasn't done). He eventually offered me a revision or my money back. I chose the money, because my trust is so broken at this point, but he has been unresponsive ever since that statement. I really hate myself that I chose this doctor, because he made me even more miserable than I've been before. You would expect some support after such an expensive surgery, but they literally don't care about you anymore the moment they get your money. I cannot recommend Dr. Hughes for BBL revisions at all and wish I had gone with another doctor...
