BBL Revision 4/11/19

I had a BBL revision from botched bbl 1 year ago. I didn’t have a lot of fat and had indents on my legs so he used all the fat he could to get to make my legs more flattering. As of now there is a big difference! Dr. Blinski is very honest and upfront but he knows what he is doing. He’s skilled and experienced. I’m looking more natural and overall better. He did lipo on my butt because it was so big compared to my skinny body. I knew the risk and so far my butt has not turned into “diaper booty”. Lipo on butt is VERY risky but I looked ridiculous. Stomach also appears to be more smooth and overall shape is better with a smaller waist. I didn’t think it could get smaller but it can. Anyways I think I would have been perfect right now had I gone to Dr. Blinski for my first 2 BBLS. I’m still very swollen so I’ll post updates. Hoping fat grafts stays in my legs and belly. Fingers crossed but it’s very hard to not sit on legs. You won’t get “botched” by Dr. Blinski.

Yes I’ll post pics when swelling subsides a little. Unfortunately I’m not sure if I like the overall shape of the butt now. I may have to get another procedure.

Blinski work is very minimal, close to none and I would not refer any to him.

Well I’m not happy with my butt shape now.

Long story short, I had 1 bbl with a completely different dr, dr Lacerna 1st bbl it turned out great. I just wanted a little extra plump so I went for round 2 with the same dr( Lacerna).. after this my butt was soooooo big compared to my legs. It made me very insecure but overall my butt shape was pretty. It was just big and didn’t match. I went to dr bilinski for the 3rd revision in which he took fat from my butt to put in my legs. The results I am not happy with, my butt looks deformed now in certain positions, and flat and deflated in certain positions. He says he took less than 300 cc from each cheek. Now there’s bumpiness and it’s slanted not round. When I was it looks droopy. I still have a big Butt, but it’s weired shaped. I’ve been telling dr bilinski my concerns he says I have no more fat and it’s to soon to see results and call the office coordinator. I’m so desperate to fix this because at one point I had the perfect body. This surgery has made me so depressed and insecure. I shouldn’t have done it. Now I’m looking into what can possibly be done with no fat. My options are implants to fix shape or possibly go through another revision which I’m scared to do. If anyone has experienced anything similar plz message. Thanks

I guess it's harder to correct and reshape a bbl that's so heavy at the bottom. Maybe removing fat from that area is hard to reduce or reshape?

I can see the slants you speak on, but tbh, I like your slants better than what you had previously... those huge lumps were tooo big. You are right about that part. The slants though, they look natural. I did a BBL and when posing certain ways, I see a slant, but that makes my butt appear as more natural and I get that compliment allll the time. They ask what workouts I do, lol. I tell em it's a BBL and they're shocked bc they thought it was natural. I see the slant in the crack more than anything and that's not too bad either, but I think that parts a very easy fix. I wouldn't fix anything else but that if you were to do anything else. I'm so glad I am seeing his "bad" reviews aren't really THAT bad. I'd like to use him for lipo... was thinking a bit of it can go into side of thigh where I have a dent. I think ima leave it alone though. I don't wanna fix what's not broke. I'd rather inject into boobs lol. Good luck and keep your chin up! You look great!

But I am now considering and looking Into options of butt implants. I really didn’t want to go down this route, but I am ultimately not happy with the slants that came from the BBL reduction. I actually loved my butt, the problem was I didn’t have a lot of fat and wanted to blend my legs that were previously very liposuctioned from my 2nd bbl. he had to get the far from somewhere and it was all in my butt. Yess my legs are more blended now, there’s a few irregular areas but my butt shape has completely changed with flat spots, dents.... dr bilinski took less than 300 cc from each cheek, but it feels like a lot more than that. I think that possibly going with dr Stanton and getting 300 cc implants maybe it could help even out the shape a bit and help the flat areas. Sculptra is to expensive and not long lasting. I don’t have enough fat sadly for another transfer and my only other option is implants. I’m going to do more consults and see my options but so far this is what I am considering!

If you're still swollen, there's still hope that the roundness will fill out in the flat areas after the swelling subsides.
