BBL Revision Help

Hi:) I did my first bbl 2018 August on Esteworld Istanbul, im very happy and satisfied, but going again now in february 2020 for a revision bc i want more on my hips, im just conserned that my surceon will say he cant do it bc of my lack of fat, so wondering IF anyone has done a bbl revision and has The same framme as me, im 177cm tall weight 67kg trying to gain weight tho..

On my first bbl round he got out 1.5 liters fat and put 500cc in each buttock.
