BBL/Hip Revision

I had a tummy tuck, liposuction in February 2026. I had asked to have hips injected with fat since you can see a line and a dip from my previous BBL in 2022. The doctor did not inject my hips at all but instead removed the banana roll and now my glutes dropped and fold at the bottom. The doctor said those areas would improve with exercise. Now I am not sure if I have enough fat to be removed to fix the hip dips.
