WORTH IT$12,000
1 year later and I am so thankful that I did this for myself.

I still don't notice any sagging on my end, thank goodness. I also want one more reduction, but I don’t have the funds to schedule another reduction just yet.

As I continue to lose weight I sometimes feel anxious because it my body loses weight a lot faster than my butt does, which is annoying. But I trying to be consistent so that hopefully my butt shrinks. Let me know if you have any questions

I’m so happy you’re much happier and continuing to be positive through your journey.
I’ve actually wanted a reduction for 9 years. I too made a decision at 21 I look back on too often. My butt measures 50 inches!!!! From 1 count em 1 BBL procedure. He put over 1000cc in each side which is NOT what we talked about. I cry multiple times a week and I’m finally ready to take a step on my journey. I know I’ll have to have incisions. I just pray I can be even half as close to your results. They are amazing. I’m so glad to have found someone that got a reduction and doesn’t regret it.
I know what that is like. I spent most of the past 10 years, pre-reduction, crying and hiding from eveyone. Honestly this was the best decision I ever made. I highly suggest looking into Sunset Cosmetic Surgery with Dr. Yamini in LA. Another I was really interested in was Dr. Okoro at Georgia Plastics. He specializes in BBL reductions. I didn't want to travel, but if I had ben open to it, he would have been another option for me.
Hi. Thank you for sharing. Did the doctor perform skin tightening treatment with the reduction? Or was it only lipo?
He did Renuvion Skin tightening as well
What a relief to hear that a year out you are still happy with the result! The photos look like your buttock is in better proportion but the underwear is not flattering, if anything it's warping your slimmer result. I have a similar body shape where the booty flares out at the hips which is feminine but can look bottom heavy. If only we could redistribute the tissue around instead of losing weight! Argh! Anyways, enjoy throwing on any clothes without having to worry about hiding ze booty!
Did you have to wear a faja after your procedure? If so, how long did you have to wear it? I'm looking into getting similar procedure but I don't understand if I need to wear a complete full body faja just for a reduction
Good question! My plastic surgeon included the faja on day 1 of the surgery. I actually woke up with it on post-surgery. The compression is only on the butt.

I was told to wear it for 3 months, and thats all it did.

Booty update

Hi, it’s been a while. Wanted to come on and tell you all how life has been with my smaller butt. ITS GREAT! I still cant wear tight jeans/pants/skirts, bur honestly idc because thats not my style anyway.

It feels so liberating to walk through life and not have anxiety about my butt being too obvious or too big. I no longer care what people think because I finally feel comfortable in my own skin. THANK YOU DR YAMINI.

I actually want to get one more reduction but my husband says I need to work out and see where that gets me first.

One of my booty cheeks has a slight sag, but it honestly doesnt bother me. Before the reduction I accepted this as a possibility and its really not noticeable in person or in clothes.

I’ll try to give you another update soon. Let me know if you have any questions

*one typo. I meant tight Jeans, tight skirts, or anything tight

I assure you that I can wear skirts and pants lol
I think it looks great and to be honest only you feel like it's "saggy" because you are aware of every stage you have experienced. Some BBLs come out looking like that as a final result. So great, I am goingthrough a similar journey and I hope my results are like this!! You could also do RF skin tightening treatments and I heard that really helps, but it costs.
Thats exciting! When are you getting it done and with you are going?

I did the renuvion skin tightening with it. I really do think it helped
And thank you!!
It looks perfect. I have the same issue and a surgeon told me that liposuction alone is not possible, a butt lift (meaning a large scar) has to be done. Did you have such a thing?
Thank you! No, I only had liposuction and skin tightening through renuvion
Wow ! You Look Terrific!! Natural result. I want Less Cheeks too for myself. Keep us updated.
When will you go for your 2nd reduction? Same Doctor?
Yes it’ll definitely be with Dr. Yamini again. I was quoted me $4,000 for the second round. It would be an in office procedure since it wont be as aggressive as the forest round

Managing Expectations

Yes, I still so experience anxiety about my butt. Some days I’ll look at it and think “my butt is looking small today! I love it” and others i’ll think “Its still too big, I hate this.” Its this constant rollercoaster.

Prior to the surgery I tried my hardest to convince myself that I wanted to see an improvement and not perfection. I do see an big improvement and I am happy I did this for myself. However my butt is not where I can it to be and it can be frustrating some days. Today I am sad about it.

Pictures make my butt seem smaller than it is some days. I still have a lot of projection.

Today this is what i’m looking at

I have looked at your pictures over and over again. I see a huge improvement, but I agree with you that the projection could be less. Just be happy that you made a great change in the right direction. From my research, I am beginning to see that liposuction is for minimal to small reductions. Huge reductions would seem to require a butt lift with skin excision at the top of the buttocks. The trade off is a huge scar across the buttocks. I am trying to come to terms with that. That is the route I might be taking in the future.
Thank you
The ‘thong lift’ is a procedure worth considering for correcting buttock sagging.
you look amazing .
This makes me feel better im getting a reduction in May and hope mines looks good like yours.
Good luck on your surgery! Who is your surgeon?
Dr Okoro
Thank you
Omg!!! He does such great work! Its going to come out amazing. I cant wait to ready about it
I have been wondering how you are feeling these days at the 3 month mark? I recently was contacted Dr Yamini about the same procedure because you look so good!
I feel great! Dr. Yamini did a good job removing as much as he could without leaving behind any saggy areas. I dont feel any pain, or see any lumps either. The lipo was done smoothly
That’s fantastic and such a relief considering it’s not a cheap fix. I’m happy for you.
The before & afters In jeans look natural proportioned and well shaped. I’ve seen a bunch of reduction photos and your results are top 2 & very good.
