pre op review - I am hoping my surgery goes well

To say it’s been an arduous path is an understatement. I have consulted with surgeons on 4 different continents over the course of 4 years. There will never be a surgeon that ticks every box, however some of those boxes hold more weight than others — and after a long and difficult search, I have found that Dr. Senderoff fits a higher degree of compatibility and what I’m looking for in a plastic surgeon than the other ones I have researched over the past 4 years. My GP personally referred him and I find comfort in knowing there may be accountability in that regard.
I want showcase my journey with my BBL procedure with him clear from day 1 to one year postop particularly because that information is lacking online. While he is especially known for his ‘supercharged’ BBL in trans patients. I am a cis woman who has suffered some weight fluctuations from medications.
Unfortunately, I am not at my goal or normal weight (136-140), I am now 158. However, Dr. Senderoff has assured me that should I return to my usual weight, it should not affect the results of the BBL. In particular, that my the fat in my butt should not die. I find this particularly odd, as it goes against everything I’ve read about BBL’s, insomuch as when you lose weight, the first place you lose it is your butt. So I will be sure to update you all about that on here when I do lose weight after the surgery (which will take time)
The coordinator, JoMarie, has been lovely, and I am impressed at her honesty and how accommodating she has been for me. Dr. Senderoff has met with me multiple times pre-surgery to answer all of my questions, which I find an important quality and rare in surgeons.
All in all, I am hoping my surgery goes well. I don’t suffer complications. There are good and noticeable results in areas that need lipo, body contouring, butt enlarging (he said he’ll put as much fat in as he can) and that the fat in the butt doesn’t go away once I lose more weight.
I will keep you all updated ! So far 5 stars in my appointments and planing so far. But we all know results speak the loudest so lets see how it goes.
P.s. i remember taking pics from all angles but for some reason they told me these are the only ones they have. I will update with new pics once I take a new set

finally got some photos at the pre op appt. i also lost 2 lbs! I am 5'6 and 156 lbs, making my BMI 25.2
i swore we took more photos. hoping to post pics of my full frontal belly shot.
I am quite worried about skin retraction and really don't want a tummy tuck (I've dealt with a few weight fluctuations) so I've asked and he's agreed to lipo in a way to avoid needing a tummy tuck
He also said he would fill up my butt as much as possible. and go above 1000 CC if possible which I really hope. But we can really only know these things once I'm on the operating table and it's in his hands!
