Dr. Franco did an amazing job on my lipo and BBL. I’m a surgery center nurse who lives in the DFW area and I did a lot of research on cosmetic surgeons with experience on BBLs. It’s important to find a doctor who not only has experience, but also and has good results. I could not find a single doctor in DFW who had as much experience and 5 star ratings as Dr. Franco. So I traveled 3 1/2 hours to see him. He was so worth the drive. Very pleasant bedside manner and answered all my questions, which was important to me. The office staff, on the other hand, were very slow to respond to questions via text and email, if they even answered those questions at all. I had to get ugly with them because they would not fill out my employer’s FMLA paperwork in a timely manner. I waited 3 months for it, until my employer told me that I had it turned in. At that point they told me it would be counted against my attendance record. That’s when I had to get ugly. And I hate being ugly. Again, I work in a surgery center and we are never slow to answer questions or be late on important paperwork. So I would give the staff a rating of a 2. That being said, would I go back to Dr. Franco? Absolutely, no questions about it. That is how happy I am with the results. My results are the reason I give the center a 5 star rating. And Dr Franco still continue with your surgery event tho you got ugly with his staff? What your saying is correct!! I can’t speak on all his staff but the ones I was in contact with where horrible!! Linsey is horrible at communicating. Franco just cancelled my surgery due in less then 30 days and all because I too had to get someone’s attention many times at his office. I don’t know if I had bad luck or what but from the start a miscommunication of their part needed up causing a conflict and instead of the Dr resolving it he actually took his staff side and encouraged their lies and when I caught them in them and told him about it he got mad and cancelled the surgery. I guess truth hurts and he knows his staff makes too many mistakes behind his back because they are too distracted being on social media. If they put the same effort and energy like they do for Instagram ect on their patients they would have more time to reply to messages on the portal and answer questions. Interesting to see he didn’t waste your time and continue with the surgery. He has botched people before and had to do a revision on someone I know so at the end of the day it’s all good I already have other options. Never have I come across a staff thinking they are the best, it’s all the hype for example it’s like In N Out burgers lol such a big line, yet the food is disgusting and horrible. Def not worth the wait. His work may be amazing but we are in Austin Tx, now the Dr’s in Miami, Atlanta even Houston are A game Dr’s only downside is you have to travel. So yeah, I still can’t get it thru my head how a Dr would put mistakes above his patients. Dr are suppose to care for you not just physically but make sure you are happy from the start, and he doesn’t know how to handle conflicts and his staff. He lets them do what ever they want and he believes everything they tell him and puts the patient last. When at the end of the day his staff are liars when it benefits them and he will co-sign and encourage it when you show them the proof. His staff is going to mess up his ratings and he won’t care because he must not be able to find professional trustworthy honest people to work for him. He likes to stay with the liars and the thieves and experts at making mistakes. I already paid for my surgery on Tuesday, they didn’t make mistakes there tho, they didn’t honor a discount they promised me and he did nothing about it because for him it’s about the money not the patients happiness. I was told a staff member was out due to COVID and I couldn’t resolve a misunderstanding for my estimate and told she wasn’t there for my safety yet, little do they know their receptions spilled all the beans and told me she was only absent on Tuesday. As far as I know if you are even as to be in contact with someone that had Covid you should quarantine for at least a week or so, they will insult your intelligence when really they are the ones that are going crazy because even the nurse told me it’s very hard for them to keep up with patients because they have too many. So they rushed me at the last minute to get them the special typed up release forms they wanted from me from 2 doctors when they failed to tell me 6 months ago to go to the dermatologist and more importantly what the deadline was. Shame shame Austin Plastic Surgeons the only honest person there is Emily poor thing she’s so nice and sweet and innocent. She does not fit in with that staff at all, she’s too good for that practice. But here I am, I already paid and was promised a full refund on Monday. They where very quick to communicate with me about the money even late at night showing me even more how they see the messages on the portal they just decide wether they want to acknowledge you at that time or not, if it’s not important they won’t care. Again horrible communication. At the end of the day I don’t feel bad because I know I did nothing wrong besides address some issues and they didn’t like it because they don’t like admiring that they are wrong. I have yet to get a apology from his staff.
