These pics are from the day of surgery... Finally able to make them smaller. Over the next few days my feet swell and the drains hurt. I ate grapes as I had no appetite and needed to take my meds. I can honestly say that I had no issues with my abs until it was time to cough... Baby listen!!!!! It was then that I asked myself WHAT DID I DO! *passes out* My pain/discomfort was tolerable as I was still able to get up, down and around that first day with no issues. I was prescribed keflex, percocet, and something for nausea which I did not need... Thank God! Throwing up after a tummy tuck... Nah! So, my first and second one day were pretty good!

Day of treatment

I DID IT!!

Today is the big day. I went in yesterday for my official consultation... Signed the paperwork and paid for my drug screen. They called around 6pm to tell me that I will be Dr. Dress's first patient and to arrive at 4:30am. As soon as I arrived, I was taken to the back, told to change and that more photos will be taken. Right after my urine screen my doctor came in and marked me up. Right after I was met by... A man( I do not remember his name but he was very charming and handsome I might add) who went over anesthesia, asked about last minute questions and on our way we went. I went into a cold room, was asked to lay down and here comes the IV. Last thing I remember is him saying they were meds to calm me and pain mixed together that may knock me out and then comes the anesthesia which may burn but I'd probably have no memory of it. He was right! The first dose knocked me out! I woke up probably in a bed. I do not remember being placed in a wheelchair but that's when I feel like I woke up... Shaking of course! It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. My ride came and surprisingly I was able to stand on my own and get in the car. Off to CVS we went! The second CVS we went to was able to fill my script with a two hour wait. I went back to my hotel and waited there. Pain/discomfort was about a 4/5... Tolerable as I waited. Everyone is so surprised at how independent and coherent I am. I've used the restroom multiple times on my own. I've been walking up and down the hallway of the hotel(with someone in case I become uneasy). Do not get it twisted tho... I can def feel the tightness/discomfort in my abdomen AND the drains... They are a you know what! But importantly I'm alive and making it! Hoping tomorrow is a good day! They say it's the second and third day that is the worst! Keeping positive! I will post pics soon as I can figure out which sizes will upload as it says my pics are too big.
