Something is not right here — I’m requesting a refund for my deposit.

I believe something about this establishment is a fake. I say Dr. Williams on RealSelf and thought he would give me the results I wanted to achieve for surgery. I completed the evaluation. I was told I was a candidate for the surgery. I paid the deposit and was told the surgery scheduler would contact me to set up surgery date within 72 hours. I never received a call, text, or email, no communication from the surgery scheduler. I sent emails no reply. So after about 7 days, I called 305 Surgery at the main number and supposedly set up a surgery date with the general receptionist, she assured me I would receive an email confirming my surgery date etc. I never received it. I’ve called back a couple more times just to make sure I’m still scheduled since I never received the confirmation email, every time I call back, one woman acts like a different person who has no recollection of the previous conversations we’ve had and she has no surgery date scheduled for me. This last time I called she left me on hold for almost an hour and never returned to the phone ??? Smh. I’m requesting a refund for my deposit. Will see how this turns out. Beware!!!!!
