This place is the most unprofessional business I have experienced. I had a payment plan in place for a BBL procedure a whole back which I had started with a $500 deposit. I was informed there is no set time in need to have all the money for the procedure, however after a health scare and of course loss of employment due to COVID-19, I reached out to them in December to request a refund and I have been given the run around ever since. I was last promise towards late December that I would be getting a follow up call once my chart arrived from the "other facility" and I am still waiting. They hung up on me multiple times when I have called. Stay away ladies there are other Doctors
