Read Before Booking: Terrible Experience

I had a BBL with Dr. Bradley at Prestige Plastic Surgery, and it has been the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. This was my second round, and my main goal was to sculpt my back and add more projection. Despite that being clearly discussed and approved, Dr. Bradley didn’t lipo my back at all. My results are uneven, with dents and flat areas on my butt, and the lipo he did on my stomach is very uneven. I also have a huge red patch that has still not gone away and it’s been almost 8 months.

The day before surgery, I waited all day to see Dr. Bradley and was told that he “was stuck in traffic” and wouldn’t make it. I only saw him for about five minutes before surgery the next morning, and he was rude and dismissive. After surgery, I never saw him again — no proper pre-op or post-op appointments.

The aftercare was also unacceptable. I paid for massages through their office, and the experience was unprofessional and unsafe. I was left exposed, the therapist was on her phone crying during the session, and she picked up a dirty wooden stick from off of the floor and stuck it in my incision. When I complained, they refused to refund the massages.

To make things worse, I was left with three large scars in the middle of my abdomen that aren’t placed along my underwear line and look more like emergency surgery scars. I reached out for months about my concerns and was constantly ignored or given excuses. I was told by the owner, Dr. Deleon, that she would fix what Bradley did and eventually she just stopped responding. It’s been 8 months and still haven’t had any resolution.

I regret choosing this clinic and would not recommend Prestige Plastic Surgery or Dr. Bradley to anyone. Please do your research and avoid going through what I did.
