I had a bbl in December. My coordinator leilani is professional she answers every call and email. She’s helpful and also calls to check if all the preop tests are done. The people who work here in every department are on top of their patients, from billing to preop to post op. I’m approved for a revision due to my butt being smaller than I wanted but I’m excited because of the mannerism and how comfortable they make me feel. They also call you everyday after surgery to ask how you’re feeling and if you have any questions. Facility is also clean .
