I have finally reached 6 weeks post op! Today restrictions are lifted… I am able to sit on my butt and I no longer have to wear my faja! Sitting felt a little strange at first, but now I am sitting comfortably… I am happy with my shape and it definitely looks natural… I just hope my abdomen will start to feel normal. Liposuction definitely makes your body feel weird. (Something no one talks about…)

Here is a two week post op photo. The swelling has definitely come down a lot compared to how I looked right after surgery. The bruises are almost gone, and I am starting to look more natural. I am anxious to see my final results but I hope these updates help you all.

How long after surgery where you about to walk around and do house stuff?

I was walking around and doing things around the house after 48 hours. Although I noticed the longer I stood, the more swollen I became.

A lot of the swelling has gone down and I am beginning to like what I see… my midsection still feels very sensitive to touch but I see my waist getting smaller and my butt is looking a lot more natural. Definitely getting happier as the days progress.

I stopped taking the pain meds after the first 24 hours because it was making me nauseous. The pain has been manageable without it. The daily showers have been helping a lot!
