Hi Dolls! Today I am 8 weeks post op and started back to the gym working upper body and doing light cardio last week. I still wear my faja and/or spanx daily. I’ve attached a picture with my spank on and another picture with my faja over my spanx for added compression. My waist is currently 29’, hips 44’

I have attached some pictures of my 3 week po mark in clothes and stage 2 faja. TRUST THE PROCESS. The first 3 days I was VERY uncomfortable in my Faja, wanted to rip it off and throw it away. As the days go on it becomes more bearable/comfortable.
