Sub Par BBL

I decided to get a BBL in 2017 from Dr. Kenneth Hughes. I was impressed by his credentials and good reviews. I had an indent on my left butt cheek that I was hoping to fill in and figured a BBL was the best way to go. Now that it's been a few years, here is an overall take of my experience. The surgery itself was a mixed experience. Dr. Hughes has virtually no bedside manner so, from the start, I was on edge. He didn't really ask many questions or adequately explain what his plan was for my surgery. After the surgery, my butt looked really good in clothes but naked, had issues. There are hard lumps that weren't there before--I believe it's the fat that became muscle. I also now have another indent as a result of the surgery. I'll need to go back and get the area re-done again and, as such, reached out to the office to get my paperwork to show to my new doctor. Dr. Hughes' office manager, Lorena, has taken months to get me back me back my files and, like the doctor, also exhibits zero customer service ability. For folks out there interested in a BBL, I'd recommend going with a different surgeon from a more reputable clinic. My experience was not something I'd repeat or recommend.
