The Only Stars Were for my Doctor

Okay, so the only reasons I have any stars was for my doctor, Dr Pacheco I think, definitely started with a P. To start, Dr P was very nice, helpful, kind, informative, nothing bad to say about her. Great bedside manners and all. Now to the bad. My results were okay. I think some would be dissatisfied with them though. The lack of liposuction if my needed areas are my biggest regret. I’m not big I’m just a little bit over my healthy weight when I had surgery. Definitely wished she would have lipo me more than she did. Other than that I love the way my butt looks natural but big. Now to the horrible. The communication I’d give less than 1 star. They were okay up until I paid my deposit then no matter what I did I could not get a response. They gave me the price and told me the date absolutely nothing else. No what to expect or how to prepare I had to get on their butt to give me anything else. The hygiene of things like blood draw was bad. There was blood on the equipment I caught just before they used it. No one spoke English except my doctor so there was no ability to ask questions or anything. Jump to the procedure, I woke up with my legs strapped to the bed in a huge room of other girls crying in pain. I couldn’t even keep my eyes open before they started very aggressively and painfully putting my cloths back on me to get me out the door. This was my 3rd surgery I understand you are a little weird feeling at discharge and anesthesia takes time but this wasn’t it. I wasn’t even conscious enough to stand. The pain was unbearable and I got nothing for it (their words) they obviously gave me prescription pills but they had to be filled and don’t work for an hour or 2 and until then I was completely on my own. Most barbaric thing I’ve ever been though. Blows my mind and I guess I don’t know the medicine behind not giving pain meds before waking someone up from such a big painful procedure but it’s barbaric. No numbing ahead of time nothing. I ended up being allergic to my anti biotic and we contacted them right away. Called the emergency number the other number they gave us and no response for 1-2 weeks and by then not much use. The ability to contact them after that was still non existent. This goes beyond unprofessional and for sure into unsafe conditions.
