Office review: paid in full and still haven’t received my services

I paid in full and I still haven’t received my services. First they change my doctor. They told me that Dr.Goldberg was not available then switch me to a Dr. who is not even a surgeon too! I asked for a refund they gave me a email to
to receive a refund I did so and I still haven’t received a refund ! I have the receipts and everything. They stop answering my calls. They are very unprofessional. And not to mention, kept telling me that my hemoglobin was low when he really wasn’t….
