Overweight With PCOS Body Shape Transformation

Dr Lee is extremely kind and experienced, I was unsure about going through with the BBL but she reassured me. I asked her several questions at the preop appointment and she patiently answered them all. I have PCOS and I gained a lot of weight in the past 5 years but it always goes to my midsection. I had a terrible shape and it really bothered me even in regular clothing.
My presurgery measurements:
Underbust 40”
Bust 46.5”
Waist 45”
Hips 47”
Butt 45” around
Arms 12” each
Thighs 23” each
I had very realistic expectations because my skin is not great and I had a very small butt. I wanted natural but noticeable results.
I had my surgery today and I’m very swollen so I will update with more pics as I heal. I’m pretty happy with my butt size and shape and I’m hoping the swelling will go down a lot in my back and abdomen.

I’ve had a very square body shape my whole life, with PCOS my body retains fat around my abdomen very easily. I got to the point where I was self conscious in clothing and just depressed whenever I looked at my belly.
I researched BBLs for years and I finally decided to go for it. My doctor does not specialize in BBLs but she does a lot of reconstructive surgeries and body contouring.
I am a few days into recovery and the pain is not as bad as I thought it would be. I’m still extremely bruised and swollen but I can see my new shape starting.
I talked with Doctor Lee today and she told me she removed 3 liters of fat from my abdomen, sides, and back. She injected 900ccs into each cheek which is a lot but I am a tall and wider woman.
