Not What I Expected - barely see any results

I went to see Dr Navia and had surgery but I wasn't to happy with my results she said if I still feel the same way when I hit 3 months to reach out to her and she will due the surgery again to fix it but I'll have to pay for surgery room expenses and I have been reaching out to her and her receptionist said she will let the Dr know but ofcourse its been quite some time and I get no response. I have reached out again and still nothing. Not good for business at all. I feel like I went for a round 2 and barely see any results. It would of been nice for the Dr to honor her word but I guess not everyone does that.
